Providing members with the right information, tools, and training is a key part of what we do. The organization provides various programs enabling our members to be actively engaged throughout the entire year. Our programs include Farm Safety and Health, the Elite Leadership Academy, Women’s Leadership Committee, Collegiate Farm Bureau and Young Farmers & Ranchers and more!

Centennial Club

The Colorado Farm Bureau Centennial Club exists to protect and preserve agriculture for the next generation. Members of the Centennial Club go above and beyond basic membership to provide funds that support advocacy work conducted by the Colorado Farm Bureau.

Elite Leadership Academy

The Elite Leadership Academy is a year-long, intensive leadership and professional development program for Farm Bureau members wishing to take their leadership and advocacy skills to the next level.

Young Farmers and Ranchers

The YF&R program is for farm bureau members between the ages of 18-35 who wish to become more effective leaders in Farm Bureau and the ag industry and learn more about being successful on their own farms and ranches.

 

 

Collegiate Farm Bureau

The Collegiate Farm Bureau is the first step into a long career of civic participation in  Farm Bureau. Colorado Farm Bureau’s collegiate leaders are active and engaged in sharing the ag industry and Farm Bureau with others on campus.

Collegiate Farm Bureau members participate in a variety of activities that help develop their leadership, professionalism, and advocacy skills.

 

Women's Leadership Committee

The mission of the Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership Committee is to develop and provide programs which will encourage women to become grassroots leaders of Colorado Agriculture. Women’s Leadership Committee members are powerful advocates for agriculture and engage in several key areas including philanthropy and agriculture education.

Agriculturalists for the Future - Mentorship Program

Agriculturists for the Future connects those looking to get their start in the industry, with experienced leaders. These connections help unify the industry and provides growth and leadership opportunities for both new and seasoned individuals. Mentees will be paired with a mentor who is successful in their desired field and will provide insight into the industry throughout the year.
