Yuma County Farm Bureau participates in many state and local activities throughout the year.  One of the longest standing activiies is the Yuma County Farm Bureau sponsored pancake breakfast on Monday morning of the Yuma County Fair.  In March we participate with District 1, 2, and 6 in Calling on the capital where we prepare a steak meal for our State Legislators and visit with them about issues impacting agriculture.  Recently we have sponsored a truck safety workshop in conjunction with the Colorado State Patrol and Department of Revenue to assist farmers and ranchers with safety and compliance issues.
